Giveaway Grove is operated by Giveaway Grove Support. By adding or using the bot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it.

1. Using the bot

Giveaway Grove helps Discord communities create giveaways, manage entries, check requirements, and announce winners. You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement for your country, follow Discord's rules, and have any permission required to manage giveaways in a server.

2. Giveaways and prizes

Hosts are responsible for accurate rules, lawful eligibility requirements, prize availability, and delivery. They must meet applicable promotion, disclosure, and tax requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Giveaway Grove does not sponsor giveaways or supply prizes.

Entering does not guarantee a prize. Requirements and bonus entries may be checked again when winners are drawn. Where a random draw is used, eligible entries and configured bonus weights determine the draw.

Hosts may edit, pause, cancel, or reroll giveaways. They are responsible for communicating material changes and following their advertised rules. Notifications depend on Discord permissions and user settings.

3. Acceptable use and content

Do not use the bot for scams, unlawful promotions, harassment, spam, impersonation, or collecting passwords or account tokens. Do not exploit bugs, bypass entry requirements, or disrupt the service.

You are responsible for content you submit and must have permission to use it. You allow us to store, process, and display that content as needed to run the service and provide support. You retain ownership of your content.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security issues, or legal requirements.

4. Availability and responsibility

Features may change or be discontinued. Errors, maintenance, connection problems, Discord outages, or permission changes may delay or prevent entries, draws, and messages. Server owners can remove the bot through Discord.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for undelivered prizes, host misconduct, or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Giveaway Grove is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord.

5. Privacy and updates

Our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy.txt on this website, explains our data practices. We may update these terms and will change the effective date. We will provide notice of material changes where reasonably practicable and obtain agreement where required by law.
