Giveaway Grove is operated by Giveaway Grove Support. This policy covers information processed by the bot and information you send us for support.

1. Information we process

We store Discord server, channel, message, host, participant, and winner IDs, along with giveaway details, settings, entry records, and draw history. Details can include prizes, descriptions, image links, times, role requirements, and bonus entry settings.

To check eligibility or carry out requested actions, the bot may access roles, account creation dates, server join dates, usernames, and server information from Discord. Not all accessed information is stored permanently.

Operational logs may include Discord IDs, action details, giveaway information, timestamps, and errors. If you contact us, we also process the information you provide, such as contact details, screenshots, and your request.

The bot does not record ordinary server conversations or users' private message contents as part of its giveaway features.

2. How we use information

We use information to manage giveaways, record entries, check requirements, apply bonus entries, draw and notify winners, apply settings, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, and respond to support or privacy requests.

We do not sell personal information or use giveaway data for targeted advertising.

3. Visibility and sharing

Giveaway posts and winner announcements are visible to people with access to their Discord channels. Server members with giveaway management permissions may access participant IDs and draw records.

The operator and authorized support personnel may access information as needed to operate, maintain, and support the service. Discord processes interactions and messages needed for the bot to work. Hosting or support providers may process information where needed to deliver the service.

We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or threats to safety.

4. Retention and deletion

Records are stored in a database and may also appear in logs and backups. There is currently no automatic time-based deletion of giveaway history. Ending a giveaway, leaving a server, or removing the bot does not automatically delete stored records.

Using a giveaway's leave option removes your current entry, but may not remove previous announcements, draw records, logs, or backups.

You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing us. Include your Discord user ID and any relevant server or giveaway ID. We may ask for information needed to verify your request, but never your Discord password or account token.

We handle requests according to applicable law and consider relevant backups. Limited records may need to be retained for legal obligations, security investigations, or unresolved disputes. We will explain any limitations. Published Discord messages may also require action by server staff or Discord.

5. Security and other services

We use reasonable safeguards to restrict access to information and protect service credentials. No system can guarantee complete security. We will address incidents and provide notifications where required.

Discord, website hosting providers, and linked services have their own privacy policies and may process information in other countries. Website providers may collect visitor information or use cookies under their own policies. Discord's Privacy Policy is available at https://discord.com/privacy.

6. Age requirements and updates

Users must meet Discord's minimum age requirement for their country. Contact us if you believe information from someone below that age has been provided through the service.

We may update this policy as our practices change. We will update the effective date and provide notice of material changes where required.
